My friend and I had a private cooking class with Revi. What a wonderful experience. Not only was the food delicious, we were greeted with a smiling, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic teacher. She immediately offered us a glass of delicious wine. Her instructions were thorough and we both left wanting to try the recipes she gave us. The recipe for quinoa was especially tasty and easy to make. I recommend Revi's classes if you want to cook healthy, Middle Eastern food.
