Beet Morning Shake

Blend beets into a smoothie to enjoy their gorgeous hue and vibrant flavor. It couldn’t be simpler! Made in 1 blender, with 3 ingredients, in 5 minutes, this fruity, detoxifying recipe will become your new favorite wake-and-shake. Let me tell you how it’s done: 


2 raw beets, peeled

1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger 

2 teaspoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed

 1 green apple, peeled and stem removed

Optional add-ins: banana, strawberries, or peaches (fresh or frozen)


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high-speed until completely smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
